I am am 60 year old man who has been smoking since
the young age of 16 (44 years). During the past 20 years, I have tried to stop smoking using multiple different tactics, ie: cold turkey, the nicotine patch and the pills on 2 separate occasions, none of these have worked for me. Finally I felt that it was time to quit smoking for good. I was talking with a friend about this struggle and he had mentioned that he new Nancy who was a certified hypnotherapist and suggested that I may want to give it a try. I made initial contact with Nancy and after several conversations, we found the root cause of why I started smoking. Using this information we had a Hypnotherapy session, with a script that was tailored specifically for me, that was also recorded for me to listen to for 21 days. Nancy is very professional in her approach. She has a very calming and soothing voice that immediately made me feel relaxed and safe, and allowed my subconscious mind to take in all that she said during our hypnotherapy session. Since the first day, there have been absolutely no cravings (I was actually waiting for and expecting to have cravings which never ever came), this amazed me. I thought this may be a bit of a process. Two days after my session I had been sweating profusely, which is not a regular thing for me, and realized after that my body was detoxing (that is when I finally knew that this was real). The vitamins that were suggested as part of the recovery has been an ongoing thing for me and I continue to take them faithfully. Since the hypnotherapy session I have not been sick at all. I had a second session with Nancy to focus on my difficulty sleeping. After this session my sleep came very quickly. Seven months after the hypnosis sessions I have felt like my health has improved substantially, I sleep better, have more energy during the day and there has been a financial benefit with not spending money on smoking. It doesn't bother me to be around people who smoke and I realize what it really smells like to be a smoker. I am also amazed at how I can taste the flavor of my food now. If there is anyone who is having struggles, I
highly recommend that they give Nancy a call and see how she can assist them to achieve the results they are looking for, no matter what obstacles they are facing. It worked for me and I am very happy with the results.
